Elevating Car Shopping to Your Doorstep
Car buying has always been on the dealership's terms. Nissan wanted to change that — giving customers complete control over their ownership journey, from scheduling a test drive to managing a purchase, all from home. The challenge was unifying that experience into a single digital platform that felt effortless, trusted, and unmistakably Nissan.
Designed the end-to-end Drive@Home experience — service design, UX/UI, wireframes, prototyping, and tone of voice making the complex feel simple at every step. The impact was immediate: Nissan of Gadsden reported a 40-point increase in their Customer Satisfaction Index.
