Nissan Discover@Home Service Design
Buying a new car is just the beginning. Most customers drive off the lot without fully understanding the technology they just purchased — leaving features unused and satisfaction on the table. Nissan needed a way to bridge that gap: a complimentary, in-person service that brought a Nissan Specialist directly to the customer's home to walk them through their vehicle's features, tailored to their lifestyle.
Designed the full Discover@Home experience: service design, UX/UI, wireframes, prototyping, and tone of voice creating a seamless scheduling flow that made expert guidance feel personal, effortless, and entirely on the customer's terms.
